These Terms govern your use of momentuminvesting.courses and purchase of the Momentum Investing Masterclass (the “Masterclass”). By accessing the site or completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms.

1. Educational product only
The Masterclass is finance education. It is not investment advice, portfolio management, a stock tip service, or a recommendation to buy or sell any security. You are solely responsible for your investment decisions. Consult a SEBI-registered adviser if you need personalised advice.
2. Digital goods & delivery
The Masterclass is a digital product. After successful payment, access / materials are provided electronically (typically immediately or shortly after checkout). No physical goods are shipped.
3. Price
The current advertised price is ₹49 (or the price shown at checkout). The price at the time you pay applies to that order.
4. No refunds
All sales are final. Because this is a low-priced digital product with instant (or near-instant) delivery, we do not offer refunds, cancellations, or chargebacks for change of mind once payment is completed.
This keeps the price low and avoids disproportionate accounting / payment-processing overhead on very small digital orders. If a genuine technical failure blocks access after payment, email us and we will help restore access.
5. Licence & use
Purchase grants a personal, non-transferable licence for your own education. Do not resell, redistribute, or share access commercially.
6. Optional tools
Optional tools (for example Momentum Terminal) are separate from the ₹49 Masterclass unless expressly stated otherwise.
7. No guarantees
No guarantee of investment returns or specific outcomes. Past performance is not indicative of future results.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Masterclass giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for trading losses or other indirect losses.
