This Privacy Policy explains how momentuminvesting.courses (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you visit our website, enrol in the Momentum Investing Masterclass, or contact us.

1. Information we collect
- Contact & account details you provide (name, email) when you enrol, check out, or submit the contact form.
- Payment-related data processed by our payment / funnel provider (Systeme.io and its payment partners). We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
- Usage data such as pages viewed, device/browser type, approximate location, and referring URLs.
- Cookies and similar technologies, including advertising pixels (for example Meta Pixel) when enabled — see our Cookies page.
2. How we use information
- To deliver the masterclass and related digital materials.
- To process enrolments and communicate about your purchase or support requests.
- To respond to messages sent via the contact form.
- To measure and improve our website, ads, and content (including Meta Pixel where used).
- To protect against fraud and abuse, and to comply with law.
3. Sharing
We may share information with service providers who help us run the site, funnel, email, hosting, analytics, and ads (for example Cloudflare, Systeme.io, Meta), and with advisers or authorities when required by law. We do not sell your personal information as a product list.
4. International processing
Our providers may process data in India and other countries. Where we transfer data, we rely on appropriate safeguards offered by those providers.
5. Retention
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above, then delete or anonymise it where practical.

- Request access, correction, or deletion of personal data we hold, subject to legal exceptions.
- Unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in those emails (transactional / course emails may still be sent).
- Control cookies via browser settings and our Cookies page.
7. Children
This site and masterclass are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
